Magicresin Carrier

• MagicResin Carrier is a carrier (or 'pallet') for COF, FPC and thin PWB: which have difficulties on SMT mounting. You could use this carrier from solder printing to mouting the parts and of course solder reflowing without using heat resistant tapes to hold the PCB.And also a Hight Heat Resistant type for lead free reflow soldering is available.


• Able to choose the base material of the carrier from the following : High heat resistant glass epoxy,High heat resistant inorganic material,Aluminum,Stainless steel(sus),Magnesium alloy.


• Able to set PCB pieces to the carrierwith accuracy of +_30micron meters by using positioning jigs and automatic setting machines specially made for the MagicResin Carrier.


• Already used in SMT mounting which have difficulties,such as mobile LCD driver COF,0.5mm pitcli CSP ,0603chips,FPC with 0.5mm pitch connecters,CMOS,CCD mouting and so on.
